Inquiries and confirmation

A website form starts a conversation. It does not create a booking, order or service contract. Scope, deliverables, timing and any fees must be confirmed in a written proposal or agreement before paid work starts.

Prices and payment

Request a written quotation for the relevant scope. Any taxes, payment schedule and payment method are confirmed with the proposal or invoice. This website does not process checkout or collect payment card details.

Changes and cancellation

Tell the team promptly if your requirements or timing change. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for paid work are provided in the applicable agreement and do not override mandatory rights. An inquiry alone creates no cancellation fee.

Your information and materials

Share accurate information and only material you are entitled to provide. Do not send passwords, card details or sensitive documents through the inquiry form. Confidential files need a method agreed with the team.

Acceptable use

Do not use the forms for spam, impersonation, harmful code or unauthorized third-party information. Do not interfere with website operation or security.

Privacy and communication

The Privacy Policy explains inquiry handling. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Questions and rights
